Kate McMahon
Principal - Founder
Kathleen McMahon has 35 years of community planning experience . She has a Bachelors Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois and a Masters Degree in Educational Technology from George Washington University. She is a member of the Montana Association of Planners, the American Institute of Certified Planners, and Montana Economic Development Association. Ms. McMahon is currently on the Board for Climate Smart Glacier Country and serves on the City of Whitefish Climate Action Plan Committee.
Bob Horne
Principal
Bob received his Master of Science in Planning from Florida State University and has worked for over 40 years in the planning field. He has experience as a planning director in Wyoming, Montana and Washington state. He joined Applied Communications LLC, in 2007 where he has work with communities on growth policies, land use regulations, development review and Superfund issues.
